    2625.1Pursuant to D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 34-912(b)(7)(A), the Commission may assess each participating carrier a portion of the actual costs of any mediation, arbitration, interpretation, or enforcement proceeding conducted pursuant to this Chapter. Costs shall be assessed on a nondiscriminatory basis.

     

    2625.2Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252(h), the Commission may assess each participating party a portion of the costs for proceedings conducted pursuant to sections 2603 and 2604. Costs shall be assessed on a reasonable and non-discriminatory basis.
