Section 15-2821. WAIVER

2821.1Whenever compliance with any requirement of this chapter would result in unreasonable hardship upon or excessive expense to a party or parties subject to the rules of this chapter, the Commission may, upon application or sua sponte, and for good cause shown, waive or modify the requirements of this chapter.
