302.1Natural Gas and Electric Utilities, if applicable, shall schedule residential Meters for readings at regular monthly intervals and read within three (3) Business Days of the scheduled date unless the Meter is inaccessible, extreme weather exists, or in the event of other extraordinary conditions.
