Section 15-316. CUSTOMER DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE

316.1A Customer shall be permitted to discontinue service with a Utility either by telephone, in writing, or in person at the business office of the Utility, provided that the Customer contacts the Utility at least three (3) Business Days before the date discontinuance is desired and grants access to discontinue the service.
316.2The Customer shall be responsible for all electricity and natural gas consumed for three (3) Business Days after contacting the Utility pursuant to section 316.1, unless the Utility obtains an actual meter reading sooner than the third Day.
316.3The Customer shall be responsible for all telephone Charges due for the period service has been rendered.
