Section 15-419. VIOLATIONS

419.1Any willful or malicious violation of this chapter by any utility or owner shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or both.

419.2Any owner who collects or attempts to collect any rent from any tenant or an apartment house subject to an order appointing a receiver pursuant to §408.2 shall be found, after due notice and a hearing, to be in contempt of court.
