Section 15-4198. WAIVER OR EXEMPTION

4198.1Upon the request of any person subject to the provisions of these regulations or upon its own motion, the Commission, for good cause, may waive any of the requirements of these regulations that are not required by statute. No waiver granted pursuant to this provision shall apply retroactively to any wholesale supply agreement.
