Section 15-4406. REQUEST TEST

4406.1Upon request by a tenant, the owner will test the submetering or energy allocation equipment without charge to the tenant, provided that the owner shall not be required to conduct such test more than once in twenty-four (24) months for the same tenant.
4406.2The tenant, or his or her designated representative, may be present when the equipment is tested.

4406.3A written report of the results of the test shall be made available to the tenant within ten (10) business days after the completion of the test.

The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (Commission) hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 34-802 of the District of Columbia Official Code and in accordance with section 2-505 of the District of Columbia Official Code and the “Clean and Affordable Energy Act of 2008.”
