Chapter 15-5. FUEL ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE AUDIT AND REVIEW PROGRAM |
Section 15-505. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL PROVISIONS

505.1The Commission's first step toward developing an effective monitoring program shall be to develop a centralized and comprehensive fuel information retrieval and processing system.
505.2Sufficient data shall be collected to enable the staff and the public to continuously and intensively monitor and evaluate PEPCO's current and projected operating performance.
505.3Pursuant to §505.2, the company shall, on a timely basis, make available to the staff extensive fuel and processing data information. The company shall also make available to the public certain parts of this data.
505.4The data required under this chapter shall fall in the following categories;
(a)Fuel adjustment calculation data support;
(b)Fuel procurement reporting requirements;
(c)Fuel consumption reporting requirements;
(d)Power system generating performance reporting requirements;
(e)Interchange activity reporting requirements; and
(f)Annual projections of fuel prices, consumption, expenditures, and generating system operating performance indices.
