Section 16-1208. AGENT'S IDENTIFICATION CARDS

1208.1The Department, upon approval of an application for an agent's permit, shall prepare and deliver to each agent an identification card which shall contain the name and address of the agent and the employing school, and shall certify that the person whose name appears on the card is an authorized agent of that school.

1208.2The identification card shall be shown by the agent to prospective students upon request.

1208.3The year for which a permit is issued shall be prominently displayed on the card.
