Section 16-1309. APPEAL OF DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION

1309.1An appeal from any decision of the Director denying, suspending, or revoking a certificate of registration may be taken to the Office of Administrative Hearings by the applicant or registrant not later than ten (10) days from the date on which notice of the decision was served on the applicant or registrant.

1309.2Appeals shall be in writing and shall state the reason or reasons why the decision of the Director should be vacated, modified, or reversed.

1309.3Appeals shall be in the form prescribed by the Office of Administrative Hearings.
