Section 16-1403. FILING DOCUMENTS

1403.1Each document, in addition to the complaint form, shall be signed and filed at the DCRA.

1403.2Each document shall be filed Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

1403.3Each document, other than a form, shall be typed and double-spaced on opaque, eight and one-half by eleven inch (8 1/2 in. x 11 in.) paper.

1403.4Each document shall show the name of each party and the docket number.
