Section 16-1521. RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS

    1521.1Hearings shall be recorded by electronic or stenographic means, but transcriptions shall be made only if specifically requested by one (1) of the parties or other persons, or the Office of Adjudication.

     

    1521.2The testimony and exhibits, together with all papers filed in the proceeding, and materials or acts not appearing in evidence but with respect to which judicial notice is taken, shall constitute the exclusive record for the Decision and Order.

     

    1521.3The cost of preparation of a transcript of the record or a portion thereof shall be borne equally by all parties (and other persons) requesting the copy or copies.
