Section 16-1701. SEMI-ANNUAL INSPECTION OF OCTANE LEVELS

1701.1DCRA shall inspect and test, at least once every six (6) months, the octane level of gasoline at every location where automotive fuel is offered for sale or use in the District of Columbia.
1701.2DCRA shall test each octane level of gasoline at the location.
