Section 16-1801. LICENSING OF ALARM DEALERS

1801.1No person shall engage in the business of an alarm dealer within the boundaries of the District of Columbia without first obtaining from the Director an alarm dealer's license, as required by §5 of the Act (D.C. Official Code §7-2804 (2001)) and this chapter.

1801.2Application for an alarm dealer's license shall be made on a form prescribed by the Director and shall contain a notarized statement that the information contained in the application is true and correct.
