Section 16-1807. DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF A LICENSE

1807.1The Director may deny, suspend, or revoke the license of an alarm dealer or an alarm agent for any of the reasons set forth in §5(c) of the Act (D.C. Official Code §7-2804(e)).

1807.2In determining whether the issuance or continuation of a license would constitute a significant risk to the community under §5(e)(3) of the Act (D.C. Official Code §7-2804(e)(3)), the Director shall consult with the Chiefs of Police, Fire and other appropriate governmental authorities as the Director deems appropriate.
