Section 16-1810. ALTERNATIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS

1810.1The Director may enter into agreements of assurance of compliance or discontinuance prior to or as an alternative to denial, suspension, or revocation of license, as provided by §5(h) of the Act (D.C. Official Code §7-2804(h)).
