Section 16-304. MAINTENANCE OF QUALIFICATIONS

304.1All qualifications set forth in this chapter as prerequisite to the issuance of any license shall be maintained during the entire license period.

304.2Failure to maintain any qualification set forth in this chapter shall be cause for suspension or revocation of the license.
