312.1Any person upon whom a notice has been served pursuant to § 311 may file with the Board of Appeals and Review a written notice of appeal.

312.2The notice of appeal shall be filed within ten (10) calendar days from the date the notice is served personally on the person named in the notice, or within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the notice is served other than personally.

312.3The records of any department or agency of the District government may, if otherwise admissible, be admitted in evidence without formal proof in the hearing of any appeal.
