Section 16-334. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

334.1No dealer shall demand or receive any payment for a warranty or guarantee respecting a motor vehicle sold under a retail installment contract.

334.2Nothing in this section shall prohibit a dealer from including a charge for a warranty or guarantee in the "CASH SALE PRICE."

334.3No warranty or guarantee by the dealer shall be made in any other form than in writing signed by the dealer.

334.4The dealer shall deliver a written warranty or guarantee to the buyer simultaneously with the delivery to the buyer of the buyer's copy of the retail installment contract.
