Section 16-351. IDENTIFICATION OF SALESPERSONS

351.1Each salesperson, while actually engaged in selling or buying or attempting to sell or buy motor vehicles for or on behalf of any dealer by whom he or she is employed, shall carry on his or her person the identification card issued to him or her pursuant to this chapter.

351.2Upon request of a purchaser or seller or a prospective purchaser or seller, a salesperson shall exhibit the identification card and furnish to the purchaser or seller or prospective purchaser or seller a business card or other written or printed matter containing his or her full name and the number of the current salesperson's license issued to him or her.
