Section 16-352. SALESPERSONS' ACTIONS ON BEHALF OF DEALERS

352.1No licensed salesperson shall sell or buy or offer to sell or buy motor vehicles for any employer except the licensed dealer or dealers by whom he or she is employed and for whom he or she is registered in the Department.

352.2Any violation of § 352.1 shall be cause for suspension or revocation or the saleperson's license.

352.3No salesperson may sell or buy or offer to sell or buy a motor vehicle for or on behalf of a dealer by whom that salesperson is employed during such time as the license of the dealer is suspended or revoked, regardless of the validity of the license of that salesperson.
