LEAD-BASED PAINT ABATEMENT AND CONTROL INFRACTIONS was repealed with Final Rulemaking published at 61 DCR 8407 (August 15, 2014) and replaced with § 4003, LEAD-BASED PAINT ACTIVITIES INFRACTIONS.
