Section 16-605. RENEWAL OF LICENSE

605.1Each license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.

605.2Application for renewal of a license, on a form to be provided by the Department, shall be filed with the Department no later than sixty (60) days before the expiration date of the license, accompanied by the license fee required by § 604.4.
