Section 16-909. CHANGE OF BUSINESS LOCATION

909.1If a licensee wishes to change the licensee's place of business within the District of Columbia to another location, the licensee shall give written notice to the Director in accordance with the provisions of § 5 of the Act, as amended [D.C. Official Code § 47-2884.05 (b)].
909.2When the transfer is authorized, the Director shall amend the license accordingly and notify the Chief of Police.
