Section 17-108. TRANSCRIPTS OF PROCEEDINGS

108.1In all hearings conducted under this chapter, a complete record shall be made of all evidence presented during the course of a hearing.

108.2Any party to the proceedings desiring it shall be furnished with a copy of the record, upon payment of the fee prescribed by the Mayor.
