Section 17-113. SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS

113.1If any part of this title is declared invalid, or the applicability of any provision of this chapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the provisions of this title and their applicability to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected.
