Section 17-1522. REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION AFTER REVOCATION

1522.1Upon petition of a former licensee, the Board may reissue a certificate of licensure or authorization if a majority of the members of the Board vote in favor of such issuance.

1522.2The Board, for reasons it may deem sufficient, may reissue a certificate of licensure to any person whose certificate has been revoked.
