Section 17-1601. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

1601.1A separate license shall be required for each type of employment service that is provided.

1601.2Each license to operate an employment agency, employment counseling service, employer-paid personnel service, or a job listing service shall be issued for a period of one (1) year, beginning November 1st of each year and ending October 31st.
