Section 17-1714. AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS

1714.1By acting as an athlete agent in the District of Columbia, a nonresident individual consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Columbia and appoints the Director as the individual's agent for service of process in any civil action in the District of Columbia related to the individual's acting as an athlete agent in the District of Columbia.
