Section 17-206. APPRENTICES

206.1An applicant for a license as an apprentice electrician shall be granted the license without an examination by the Director.

206.2An apprentice electrician shall register with the Director and failure to do so shall be cause for termination of his or her license in accordance with §213.

206.3A licensed apprentice electrician shall work only under the direct personal supervision and control of a licensed master electrician, a licensed master electrician specialist, a licensed electrician, or a licensed maintenance and repair electrician.
