    2123.1If the Office of Administrative Hearings upholds the denial, suspension, or revocation of certification, the applicant or security officer may seek review of the order by filing an appeal with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

     

    2123.2The appeal shall be filed with the Court of Appeals within the time limit prescribed by court rules.

     

    2123.3Filing of the appeal shall not in itself stay enforcement of the action of the Mayor or the order of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

     

    2123.4The Mayor may grant, or the Office of Administrative Hearings or the Court of Appeals may order, a stay upon appropriate terms.
