Section 17-2521. FAILURE TO REQUEST A HEARING

2521.1If the person concerned does not mail a request for a hearing within twenty (20) days after the Board served the notice of hearing, the Board may take the action proposed in the notice, without a hearing.

2521.2Within ninety (90) days of any Board action taken pursuant to § 2521.1, the Board shall give, by certified mail, written notice of the Board’s action to the person concerned, and shall file copies of the notice with the Corporation Counsel and the Director.
