Section 17-2523. FAILURE TO APPEAR

2523.1If a person who requested a hearing does not appear and no continuance has been requested or is granted, the Board may hear the evidence of the witnesses who appear.

2523.2The Board also may proceed to consider the matter and render a decision based on evidence before it, in the manner required by this chapter.
