Section 17-2547. PARTNERSHIP AND CORPORATE PRACTICE: TERM AND RENEWAL OF PERMIT

2547.1A permit issued under § 2542 shall expire on December 31 of each even-numbered year.

2547.2Every permit holder shall be required to file a renewal application on or before the expiration of the current permit.

2547.3Each permit holder shall be required to report immediately to the Board any change of address, giving both its old and its new address. No fee shall be charged for filing such notification.
