Section 17-2706. REAL ESTATE GUARANTY AND EDUCATION FUND RESTORATION OF LICENSE

2706.1A licensee whose license has been suspended pending payment in full of an amount ordered paid from the Fund shall not be eligible to have his or her license reinstated until he or she has paid the full amount ordered paid from the Fund plus six percent (6%) interest per annum.
