Section 17-2801. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

2801.1Except as provided in § 2805, an applicant for a license under this chapter, in addition to complying with the requirements of § 3301 of chapter 33 of this title, shall prove to the satisfaction of the Board that the applicant has successfully completed an educational program in the practice of veterinary medicine at an institution accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) at the time the applicant graduated, by arranging for a certified transcript to be sent directly from the institution to the Board.
