Section 17-2805. APPLICANTS EDUCATED IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

2805.1An applicant who is a graduate of a foreign veterinary school, in addition to meeting the requirements for applicants under this chapter, chapter 30, and the Act, shall submit with the application:
(a)A notarized copy of the applicant's Educational Council on Foreign Veterinarian Graduates (ECFVG) certificate; and
(b)Evidence satisfactory to the Board of the applicant's competency in the English language.
2805.2An applicant under this section who submits documentation not in English shall provide an English translation, prepared by and certified to be correct by a government official, veterinarian school official, or other translator acceptable to the Board. The translation shall be signed and dated by the person who prepares it, and shall be on official stationery of the preparer.
