Section 17-2811. RECORD KEEPING

2811.1A veterinarian shall keep on a daily basis a written report of the animals he or she treats. The record shall include pertinent medical data such as dates and type of vaccinations and all relevant medical and surgical procedures.

2811.2A veterinarian shall keep the records required by this section for a period of three (3) years following the last office visit or discharge of such animal from the animal facility.

2811.3A veterinarian shall comply with the record keeping requirements for drugs specified in §2814.
