Section 17-2812. ISSUANCE OF RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATES

2812.1Rabies vaccination certificates shall be signed personallv by a veterinarian licensed in the District of Columbia.

2812.2A veterinarian shall not issue a rabies vaccination certificate in blank or without being completed.
