Section 17-2933. HEARING NOTICE PROCEDURES

2933.1If a respondent requests a hearing, the Director shall, within twenty (20) days following receipt of the request, notify the respondent of the date, time, and place of the hearing.

2933.2The Director shall hold the hearing not less than fifteen (15) days following the date of service of the notice, unless the Director and all of the parties agree to the holding of the hearing at an earlier date.
