Section 17-2944. DECISIONS

 

2944.1The Director shall render a decision in writing no later than forty-five (45) days after the hearing is completed.

 

2944.2A decision of the Director adverse to a respondent shall contain the following:

 

(a)Findings of fact;

 

(b)Conclusions of law;

 

(c)An order; and

 

(d)A statement of appeal rights and the time within which such appeal review is required to be made.

 

2944.3The Director shall serve upon the respondent, or the respondent's counsel of record, a copy of a written decision within ten (10) days after a decision is rendered.

 

2944.4The Director, in the Director's discretion, may stay an order pending appeal or reconsideration.
