Section 17-3109. RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION

 

3109.1The Board, or its designee, shall have the right, after presenting credentials, to enter a funeral services establishment.

 

3109.2A licensee or applicant shall give the Board, or its designee, access to records, policies and procedures, contracts, and any other information that the Board deems necessary to determine the funeral services establishment’s compliance with the Act or this chapter.
