Section 17-3713. DISPLAY OF LICENSE

3713.1A licensee of a barber, cosmetology, or specialty cosmetology salon shall display the salon licenses unobstructed from the view of patrons.

3713.2All individual licensees shall wear their license on the front of their uniform or other acceptable work clothes in plain view of patrons. Individual licenses shall be placed where necessary at each station and in plain view of patrons.

3713.3Each person licensed, certified, or registered under this subchapter shall notify the Mayor of any change of address of the place of residence or place of business or employment within 30 days after the change of address.
