Section 17-3911. HEARINGS AND APPEAL

3911.1Any licensee on whom a notice has been served pursuant to § 3910 may file a written notice of appeal with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).
3911.2All hearings and appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the regulations promulgated by OAH. Any stay of an OAH decision that results in the revocation of a license shall be issued pursuant to the procedures set forth by OAH.
