Section 17-4104. HEARING NOTICE PROCEDURES

4104.1If a respondent requests a hearing, a board shall, within twenty (20) days following receipt of the request, notify the respondent of the date, time, and place of the hearing.

4104.2A board shall hold the hearing not less than fifteen (15) days following the date of service of the notice, unless the board, the respondent, and the Corporation Counsel agree to the holding of the hearing at an earlier date.
