Section 17-4312. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

4312.1A dental hygienist shall not accept or perform professional responsibilities which the dental hygienist knows or has reason to know that the dental hygienist is not competent to perform.

4312.2A dental hygienist shall not willfully harass, abuse, or intimidate a patient either physically or verbally.

4312.3Any holder of a license under this Chapter or any person authorized to practice dental hygiene under this Chapter shall comply with the Code of Ethics established by the American Dental Hygienists' Association as it may be amended or republished from time to time.
