Section 17-4709. LICENSE BY RECIPROCITY

4709.1An applicant for a license by reciprocity under § 507 of the Act, D.C. Code § 2-3305.7 (1988), shall comply with the following:

(a)The requirements of § 4700.3 of this chapter; and

(b)The requirements of § 4014 of chapter 40 of this title.
