Section 17-5001. TERM OF REGISTRATION

5001.1Subject to section 5001.2 a registration issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at 12:00 midnight of February 28, of each even-numbered year.

5001.2If the Director changes the renewal system pursuant to Sections 4006.3 of chapter 40 of this title, a registration issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at 12:00 midnight of the last day of the month of the birthdate of the holder of the registration, or other date established by the Director.
