Section 17-5804. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

5804.1An applicant for a certificate to practice as a certified nurse-midwife shall furnish proof satisfactory to the Board, in accordance with § 608(b) of the Act, D.C. Official Code § 3-1206.08(b), that the applicant has successfully completed a post-basic nursing education program accredited by the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM) or a nationally recognized accrediting body accepted by the Board.
