5900.1This chapter shall apply to applicants for and holders of a certificate to practice nurse-practitioners.

5900.2Chapters 40 (Health Occupations: General Rules), 41 (Health Occupations: Administrative Procedures), and 54 (Registered Nursing) of this title shall supplement this chapter.
